FORGED FLOATING BALL VALVE
1.Forged ball valve feature
OVIKO forged ball valve,the forging material can ensure sufficient rigidity and strength under maximum rated operation pressure without inherent flaw of cast. Enough wall thikness of separate body and adaptation of high strength tie bolts are convenient for valve maintenance and sufficient to bear the stress of pipe.The internal parts of valve are carefully designed and selected to ensure reliability under all kinds of work condition.
2.Anti-fire safe design
When the trunnion ball valve be used normally,its sealed by seat and ball surface,seat retainer sealed by O-ring and body,this is soft sealed and reliable sealing.When the seat and O-ring are burnt,the seat retainer and body will be sealed by expanded graphite.Thus act anti-fire safe purpose.
3.Anti-static device
In order to prevent friction among ball,stem and PTFE that generates static electricity which may light the combustibles and explosives that cause an accident,in this ball valve,static-conduction spring is set between the stem and the ball,the stem and the body.Thus static electricity is conducted to ground and system safety is secured.
4.Free leakage of body Sealed construction
The connective position of valve body and bonnet is double sealed by gasket and O-ring,on this base,such factors as fire,high temperature,shock and uneven opening or closing of the torque all can��t induce external leakage.
5.Low torque in operation
The self-lubricated bearings are installed at the friction of stem,resulting in wear resistance,fiexibility of operation and low torque.
6.Automatic body cavity relief
When the body pressure going up un-normally as the unstable factor,the trunnion ball valve downstream seat will be pushed by un-normally pressure,and the release the unnormal pressure automatically,it doesn't damage to the sealing of upstream seat.The un-normally pressure which in the floating ball valve body will release the pressure into the upstream pipe directly,it doesn't damage to the sealing of the downstream seat.
7.Various driving types
The top pad of valve designed according to ISO 5211,which is convenient for connection and exchange of various drivers.The common driving types are manual,electrical,pneumatic and pneumatic/hydraulic.

8.Extension stem
For the underground installed valve,the stem can be lengthened and for the convenience of operation the corresponding compound injection nozzle and drainage valve can be extended to the top of valve.

1.Bow-out proof stem
For the purpose of preventing the stem from flying off resulting in abnormal rising of the inner pressure of valve,shoulder is fixed at the lower part of the stem.In addition,in order to prevent leakage resulting from burnout of packing set of the stem in a fire,thrust bearing is set at the contact position of the shoulder at lower part of the stem and valve body.Thus an inverse seal seat is formed which will prevent leakage and avoid accident.
2.Key lock
Locks can be used to lock the manual valve when it is fully open or closed so as to prevent non-working personnel from pulling the handle which may result in misoperation of valve.It can also avoid opening or closing of valve resulting from the shock from pipelines or unpredictable factors that may cause an accident.For working pipelines such as combustible and explosive oil,gas and chemical medium,or for field piping site,the locking mechanism is especially useful.

ORBIT BALL VALVE


OVIKO ORBIT BALL VALVE is mainly used in pipeline and industry system and it has a top entry and on line maintenance function.It has a lot of advantages,such as small fluid resistance,simple structure,small volume,light weight,reliable sealing,convenience for operation and maintenance,open and close quickly,as well as start and close flexibly.
1.One piece body
One piece body is used for the body to guarantee sufficient strength and rigidity under maximum rated operating pressure.The internal parts of valve are carefully designed and selected to ensure reliability under all kinds of operating condition.Enough margin wall thckness and adaptation of high strength connective bolts are convenient for valve maintenance and sufficiency to support the stress from piping.
2.Maintenance on line
Its most difference from common ball valve is that its maintenance can be made on pipe line and without dismounting from the pipe line.The back space seat structure is adopted for the seat and the rear portion of seat retainer is oblique angle to prevent accumulation of impurity from affecting back space of seat.
3.Low operation torque
OVIKO ORBIT BALL VALVE has a trunnion mounted ball,whose surface is ground,polished and hard face treated.The ball and stem is integrated,sliding bearing is installed on the external bore so that the friction radius is small and operation torque is very low.
4.Emergency sealing
Compound injection holes are designed and compound injection valves are installed at locations of stem/cap and body support of side valve.When sealing of stem or seat is damaged to induce leakage,the compound can be used to do the second time sealing.A concealed check valve is installed in side of each compound injection valve to prevent compound from out flowing due to the action of transmitter substance.The top of the compound injection valve is the connector for fast connection with compound injection gun.
5.Reliable sealing
The seat sealing is formed by seat sealing and metal retainer component.The seat retainer floats axially and low pressure sealing of valve seat is reached by pre-pressure of spring.In addition,the piston effect of valve seat is designed reasonably,which realized high pressure .by the pressure of operating medium and realize the interception of retainer to form the sealing of the body.The expansion graphite ring is designed to realize sealing under fire condition.

6.Double block&bleed(DBB)
